I am grateful for electricity, air conditioning, cold (and hot) running water, toilets and toilet paper, a car that works beautifully and is very safe, my kind loving babysitter (who sadly must leave due to high gas prices), a beautiful home, a vacation place in Kaanapali Maui, airplanes, my ever improving health, my two beautiful smart creative children, my husband, my business, happy employees, the ability to pay my bills with ease, a great public elementary school, a great acupuncturist, a great hellerwork feldenkrais masseuse, a great trainer, wonderful friends....and so so much more!

I appreciate the hummingbird that came to my feeder while I was standing by the window looking out at the yard. I appreciate the insight I received today from reading a book. I appreciate a phone call I had with my cousin about an important family matter. I appreciate the ways I'm learning to love.
I appreciate that when people ask me what I'm doing now, the only thing I have to answer is that I feel great.

Today I appreciate the the time I spent with my niece (6) and nephew (8). Time braiding my nieces hair and playing computer games with my nephew. Nothing compares to the love that surrounds us as we spend quality time. Housework can wait!

Hi Marcy,
I have been away for quite a while.
There are so much for me to appreciate and to say some, here they are.
Today, i wake up feeling blessed. I am able to walk without my cane. I am able to breathe easily.
My son is very much better after the motorbike accident. My husband is so loving and supportive and helpful. I have so many great friends here and around me.... in short there are so much for me to appreciate. And to sum it up.. I am alive and feeling alive.

Ciao...I am lucky to be here enjoying the warm breeze on my face as the sun goes down. My purrrring kitten on my lap that loves me always. Yoga yesterday rejuvenated my spirit, need to do it way more often!! I love today and the hope for a better tomorrow......... Baci Buona Sera Wendy

Everyday I am grateful for being born in a country where freedom of choice is celebrated.
I am grateful for the wonderful weather we enjoy, the sandy beaches and magnificent forests.
I am grateful for the abundance of food and fresh water I have and
the comfortable home in which I live.
I am grateful to be able to make choices in my life
I am grateful for my children's and my own good health
I am grateful for the love of my children and a the warmth of family.
I am gratefiul to be alive!

I love my work and feel so good and peacefull thinking of what I have to do to make my dreams come true.

I appreciate being ALIVE and HEALTHY and seeing my beloved daughter and baby granddaughter today. This morning was difficult, in pain as I woke, but I still said, "Thank you for this day", as I got out of bed. I also added, "Later on I will say this with feeling and really mean it!" And I did.
