Consider the job that you are at the stepping stone to where you are going.....To bigger and better things, while remaining grateful for your now!

Hi Joan,

I believe to be specific in what you want is key. I d make a list of the things that can describe my ideal job , every single detail... location, duties, hours , the people you want to work with ,salary and anything you can possible want. I know it might be difficult when you have a job you dont like and you feel drained every night you come home, but how about focusing in something more positive as for example be grateful you have a job and for all the things you learned and manifest your intention to move into a a better or why not ...your ideal job.

The key is to be happy NOW..........even in the job you don't care for. So look around at what is good about the current job. Having a job at all is great right? When something you do or someone else does at work is good - take the time to appreciate that and say "I am ready for More of THAT". Then you are sending out a vibration about liking and job.

Then.......get into how it would feel to be in an even better job. (Looking at what you don't like about the current job and turning that into a Do Want is helpful). Mostly just do your best to keep reaching for a better feeling thought about everything in your life.

Thanks for all the responses. I try to say I'm greatful that I do have a job -- everyday and I talk to myself about what job I really want. So I guess I'm on the right track. It is just frustrating when you keep applying for job after job on Career builder and you don't get any responses. Thanks everyone for the great responses.

I love you for posting this. I am intending this as well. I have lists of the positive of my current job, and I look at it all the time. It has been a year...

( I just got a list of more expectations from my current job, and the pay is the same, and not a living wage by any means)

I know it is time for me to leave
I know I want a high paying job, something I love, feel proud, feel comfortable, utilizes my talents, abilities, great team of people to be working with, a great cause, something helping others
fun, closer to home, and my particulars go on....

It is just about finding, attracting something better, thinking of ideas on creating my own work
my job is a stepping stone, I am grateful for it showed me what I don't want,
I have outgrown it,

My feeling...as has been mentioned...Appreciate where you are right Now!...

Appreciate the job that you have right now...Tell yourself that your work will be easier and more pleasant because you are evolving through your job to something better. Know it!...and feel it!

Awesome mentioned "stepping stones"...and that is perfect...Your physical experience is a journey...and there are many stepping stones along your path...a new stepping stone will reveal itself...one that you would never see in front of you if you were not where you are right now!
