i gave my husband a beautiful healthty lunch
i gave my daughter my time and all my attention to build a castle (when i should have been working)
I gave my dog cheese :-) cause his whole universe revolves around cheese!!!
I gave my garden fertiliser and water
and tonight i will be giving my family thier favourite dinners... four different favourite meals.... I love my kitchen

I gave a friend my time/ear and sympathy as well as encouragement. I gave a stranger the information about who had just hit and run her vehicle. I gave my children unconditional love. I gave passerbys a genuine smile.

I'm working everyday to give more of everything good inside me. Forgiveness, understanding, love, kindness, care, belief, benevolence, whatever I have that I can give whole heartly I pray to continue to do so....to empower the recepient to be all...and perhaps in return a receiver will 'give' to someone or many all they have been given...trifold. I want to extend a hand everytime I think to, I want to act on my thought and do so. To give something of value to you, something you yourself can use...sometimes is simply a smile.

I helped some people on the forums laugh...I hope.
I cooked dinner for my family.
I made my family laugh and smile
I donated money to a children's charity at the grocery store.

Oh and i brought my midas touch to this forum ;)

I gave my mom a bunch of hugs and read her her favorite poem.

I said prayers for several of my friends, and sent them loving energy.
