Powerful Intentions: Law of Attraction Community

I exercise all the time, and eat really healthy, and i was looking in to losing a bit of weight, nothing major, but just some to make me feel a little more comfortable with myself. I was wondering what i need to do to attract that weight loss? I remember reading something about a chart with pictures of things you want?

I attracted weight loss by accident actually.

I switched my diet to a vegan diet, and I had heard a lot of stories from other vegans about how they could eat whatever they wanted and still stay thin, so I figured that maybe it would work for me. My caloric intake did not change much, and I didn't exercise, but because I thought that I was going to lose weight, my metabolism suddenly sped up immensely. Now I can eat half or a package of sandwhcih cookies every day and not gain an ounce!

I used to be obese, and my metabolism was very sluggish, bust since I sincerely believed that my new diet would help me lose weight, it did! I am now a lean 169 lbs. (okay, maybe not lean, but given my height and my 'earthy-goddessy' body type, it is a very good size for me.)


Two years ago my weight was 198lbs and climbing, despite my not eating junk food and daily exercise routine. Now I exercise a few time a week, eat as much as I want, and gain no weight, beacuse I KNOW that if I WILL it, the universe will forbid my body from gaining any weight. I found this out by accident, but the ability to 'will' my body to be a healthy weight has been a powerful tool for me.

when you do your visulization, don't think of weight loss, think of the end result, think of your ideal weight goal. visulize yourself at this weight. find a picture of your self at this weight and believe that you are at this wieght and it will come. I started doing this a week ago and I'm down 3 1/2 lbs.

So how often do you do visualization? What exactly do you visualize and for how long?

Daily, I visualize what I want my body to look like. The scale reading my Ideal weight. It only takes a few minutes, but do it every day.

Dont focus on it! I eat healthy but i am not one that exercises regularly.... but i loose weight i think cuz i dont focus on it.... i see my self as slim and that is what i get..... I have lost so much that my pants(trousers) are literally falling off of me....!

See yourself as slim, dont deprive yourself but dont over eat.... enjoy your food.... and dont focus on loosing weight.

I know of someone who is attracting weight loss by simply visualizing herself as she wants to look. She has vision boards dedicated to her goal of weight loss and she even took a picture of someone else who is similar in weight to how she visualizes herself and she put her face on the body in the picture using a computer program. Visualizing herself as she wants to be is a constant reminder and it actually helps her to make healthier selections and choices when mealtimes come around. These little processes are actually helping her to eat right and keep focused.
