Hi. I had to join because I belong here. This group is great. My awaking started many years ago, when in my dreams I saw the future. Don’t understand me wrong. The future is what you choose to be, but when some souls are ready o leave they will , no matter what the mind wants. And for some strange reason some of the souls close to me they were letting me know when they leaving. I was confused and I was afraid than I’ve got it. I can see now the whole picture, I can see beyond . It’s so good to remember who I am.

what did you mean you were afriad that you have it.. meaning have the ability?

Hi,
yes. I was afraid of my ability, becouse it's kind of scary to know the day when your loved ones going to die. But as I was gradually awakening I begin to understand that we never going die, that we going to live forever and the biggest AHA moment for me was that I understood we are all connected. All started with a vision like dream when God himself was talking to me from heaven and gave me a glowing sword. I’m still in learning process but my abilities getting stronger, my love is getting deeper and fear… well I do not fear anymore.

I get those messages too. I have a teacher who teaches for my school on holistic nutrition. Her husband is very well known in the alternativ medicine world Jerry Mittelman. He was the first to eliminate mercury from his dental practice. And i kept getting this message that there was going to be a funeral... months prior, and sure enough he passed this past feb =( I never personally met him but I connected with his wife often, and still do. Also, my dentists wife has cancer, and that very morning that he called me I was already aware of this diagnosis an hour before he called. And i've never to this day met her! But i learned what you have as well.. that there's nothing to fear and we're all in this together. I also feel we are here to learn that all of this is illusion, and that we can alter our realities as well! Anyhow, thanks so much for sharing =)

My awakening happened I guess back in 2002.
For me the process was "knowing" there was something more than I was seeing or what other people knew. Then finding wicca and earth-based religions. Then reconnecting with my angels and adding more beliefs or knowledge as I came across it (you have to be discerning - trust your heart with the information you get).

Though I guess my awakening really started back when I was in high school (maybe '98). I started playing roleplaying games, watching jap. anime, and playing magical-themed trading card games. And out of that it opened me up on a subconscious level to the idea there was more to the world than meets the eye. Of course I didn't know anything in specific, and I didn't know what information to look for, but the curiosity was there.

Finding wicca happened as a synchronicity. I was unhappy with my religion (methodist-christian) and was really wishing I could find something that described things better. I was in college at the time, and working at the library, when a book came across my cart called "Drawing down the Moon" by Margot Adler. I thought I'd give it a read because I thought it would be another one of those fundamentalist books on bashing earth-centered religions (which I didn't understand, but I did know they were good).

Turns out the book was a real eye-opener and explained basically everything I already knew, and also explained how magic and soul-stuff was real and explained a little bit about how it worked too. So I was hooked, and I had some wiccan friends but I didn't know how to approach them about it (because supposedly it was a pretty secretive religion).

So a short time later I was writing a list of things to write about for my English teacher, to get some ideas for writing journal entries, and I felt compelled to list "My decision to become a pagan". My friend Marie (one oy my wiccan friends) was an english major and later on I decided to show her the list to see if she could help me with it, and I had forgotten that last little statement on the sheet. She thought it was really cool though - my decision to change my religion, and she was really supportive.

After that I went on a path that was ever evolving and expanding. I reconnected with Angels and Ascended Masters (some of which were the gods I was already working with in magick) sometime near the end of 2004 - because of a book by Doreen Virtue called Archangels and Ascended Masters. It explained things I already knew - gods and metaphysical concepts I was already familiar with, but it also threw Angels and other divine beings back in the mix - which I had rejected because of my distaste for christianity.

Ever since then i've been learning at an accelerated rate, i've been applying techniques for manifestation (before The Secret came out in fact), and i've been developing my metaphyiscal skills and psychic senses.

And probably most important of all... my Vibration has also been increasing, and there's no short or easy way of doing that (you have to cast off depending on the ego, giving up your power, and you have to make a commitment to live through divine truth and unconditional love).

Although I like to think i'm really powerful, and I have all these awesome abilities just laying untapped under the surface - I never lose sight that the reason I have them is for Betterment, and so I can teach them to other people. And also - it's better to have knowledge or abilities and not have a need to use them, than it is to not have them at all (and perhaps need them). Because GROWTH is the meaning of life.

its really interesting how each of us walk various paths, and get to the same place! pretty much... I heard a lot of the wicca but never delved into books on that yet.. Perhaps sometime I will. I enjoyed reading your posts... and agree too, that we should never lose sight of what this whole experience is about... As much as we think we know all the answers or are really powerful, we really don't understand the entire picture... there's so much more for us to explore yet and reach for! Thx for posting... i am looking forward to everyone posting! God Bless...

I am not sure I truly understand Awakening yet however - I do know that I have been awakend so to speak...awakend from fears, from negative energy from a life that was distructive in its own way. I was sent to Holistic Healers Academy by my Angels...I was given an opportunity to learn and to take what I've learned and share it with others. I feel that I was given a fresh start...everything happens for a reason, what happenend to me was not an easy nor joyful process to get to where I am now, however it was worth the "painful learning experience", it was my Angels way of communicating with me and "Awakening" me to a better more fulfilling whole life!

Well it probably can have many meanings to many people... so communing with the angels is a wonderful way to open and awaken. And no one really knows fullly ...but i know when i do align, magical things happen! almost instantly... so i had a hard time at first with that, saying gee, should be be able to want something and then manifest it? so those are questions that i think i can safely answer by saying..yes it's part of the joyful process to awaken to that magical door..the one where we can rise above a situation, see it from another perspective and alter reality.. that to me is a hug part of awakening. but the remaining is the peace i feel when meditating with creator alone...doing breathing exercises and feeling that relaxed in limbo state...where you can walk between worlds =) in that state... awesome, that's all i have to say.. but i know there is more learning to come!! =) more aligning to do...more magical adventures and discoveries about who we are...

well I have had many deep experiences. One was meeting my soulmate 3 years ago and this led me to explore past lives and opened a door to a novel i am at present writing. I receive heavenly insights from my angel guides on links and connections which were all taking place in Berlin in the 30"s . I have found my guides work to lead me to people who were there with me and they are now working and helping in a massive way to heal past wounds and deep soul scars. This has been a journey of deep discovery and one which has shown more synchroniciities than i ever cared to imagine. For example a Foc came to my garden and I adopted it. I dreamt of this animal and i tamed it. This led me to a link to a man who was in the Resistance movement in France and he in turn helped me survive the time in Berlin in the 30's . All of this is connected to a wider more global picture .
I meditate and ask for guidance and it is given.
My angels send me dreams to keep me on the path - especially with my soulmate who is hard to crack.
Do not ignore signs and visions.
Ask for help and you will receive. Invite the angels and guides to assist and they will.

Well, I can't say I have real "awakening" stories yet, but after watching The Secret DVD this weekend, I can say metaphorically I've stirred in my sleep. :) The possibilities are real and true to me and I feel ...different now. I'm excited about what lies ahead!

Something bizarre happened after i watched the secret for the first time. I was with my daughter and she hesitated and didn't want to watch somethning mom asked her to.. but when she did, she said ''LETS WATCH AGAIN"..and so we did... and then i said "i'm going down to get a scratch off and win about $40 bucks..and lo and behold, i went down, got one..and what did i win? haha, exactly $40... and so a year went by... i decided to watch it again last week..and then for fun starting reading Napoleon Hill's book three days ago... and I asked my husband if he wanted a scratch off for his birthday yesterday.a.nd he said yes.but we forgot to go..so we went today..and three in a row won!! one card alone said $1100!! i could not believe it because i've never seen a card give me more than $50..and i don't buy them often. My husband bought it...but needless to say, READ NAPOLEON HILL'S BOOK!! I also teach this manifesting in my AWAKEN the HEALER WITHIN program on my website www.holistichealersacademy.com but ... man, this was fun today!! =)
