Hi Andrea, I see you like or love cats maybe? It is funny you use the wording of may all your dreams come true, at this I reply, When people ask me what is your dream, I can say, I can Never remember having a dream. Isn't that strange? What is your dream? I pray they all come true for you as well! With a great big smile...

Hi Patty --

I'm like you, grounded in Jesus, whom I believe gave us the key to the universe when he told us to seek and we would find. I've been seeking virtually all my life, learning a bit more all the time -- things begin to make more and more sense.

Just today I went to my local bookstore and picked up The Urantia Book I'd ordered last week. I seem to be one of the last people on Earth to catch the train on this one, so I wonder if you've read it already. I'm not very far into it yet, but it's fascinating.

For me, though, having been duped on different occasions, I retain a healthy skepticism inside an open mind as I read this, because on the one hand the writing is austere, very high-brow, and obviously generated by a formidable intelligence . . . but on the other hand, I don't know whether to believe that what's being said is genuine or is a new form of speculative fiction. Purportedly it is the work of several supernatural beings who are explaining God and Creation to us, but every author has his own "voice" and all I've read so far seems to emanate from the same person. But as I said, I'm not that far into it, so I'm keeping myself open to all possibilities until I finish it.

I'll say this though -- if it IS fiction, this writer has one HELL of an imagination! So part of me thinks along the lines of "The truth is stranger than fiction" and no average writer could make all of this up, one reason being that it's all very LOGICAL in an eyebrow-raising way. So we'll see . . .

Hi Pat, No I haven't read that book. I am not one for reading, now if things are in a cd form, I am open for listening. I will be awaiting your findings on your new book...

I live in a little cow town in eastern South Dakota, a peace-and-quiet kind of place. Having lived in big cities and rural areas both, I'll take Smalltown USA any day! I don't have to worry about locking my doors around here, and the only guns people have are hunting pieces.

You are up there where it is colder than we are down here...
I am in the country but at the same time I can see I29 from my yard. That is to close to the real world for me, but that is where my farm is. My restrauant is in a small town south of me about 15 miles. What do you all do for excitment?

Yeah, Mother Nature doesn't quite get the concept of "Spring" up here as early as we'd like, but it's coming -- slowly.

I'm a trucker and run I-29 a lot -- seems I've been right by your place dozens of times. Are you located around Council Bluffs or farther down toward Missouri?

Excitement? I get enough of that on the road, in between bad weather, big-city traffic, and people being dangerously careless or stupid on the highways. When I get home it's chill time. I do a lot of reading and writing, watch a little TV or a movie once in a while, and play with my guitars. I guess some would say I'm boring, but I call it "peaceful" -- you'd have to know my wild and crazy youth to understand that. It's only by the grace of God that I survived three decades of decadence!

Peaceful is a good thing, if you are up and down the highways and byways. My little brother and myself always said we would like to learn to drive a rig sometime in our lives. I not so sure about him but that is still one thing I want to learn to do sometime in my life. I am down by Missouri. I tried to learn guitar once cuz I love the sound of them, my teacher threw me out of the class. I couldn't tell one note from another, LOL.... oh well, at least I tried. I used to wood carve, still would like to get back to that someday.
What part of S.D. are you from?

Hi. My name is Henry, I'm married, 50 yrs young, and work in a factory. My religion is Wicca. I think God is love within everything. I need not say more. The devil does not exist. Imbalance is the only source of evil.
Being joyous, grateful, and open minded are the tools I use to restore balance. This works well with the LOA. Good feelings helps the world and returns to me in the form of prosperity as well. I definitely know I'm on my soles true path.
