Told me she loved me

Told me she appreciated all I had done

Told me to confide in and trust her

Promised me she understood my sacrifice and the faith I had in her and that it was not in vain

Introduced me to her family

Held me when I cried

Learned to open up and share what is truly going on in her life

Took an interest in my family

Said she was willing to do without so it would not be as much of a hardship on my resources

She makes me feel special and loved

Only one? okay - she has changed the direction of my life from the moment i met her 21 years ago and has been my wife for 15 years today September 18. Together, we have changed our world!

My granddaughter, she rocks. She took this photo of me and a friend's cat. I am full of love and appreciation. Do you see the surprise we found in the photo?

It is an orb. There were three of them in the photo. Two rainbow and this pink one. What a surprise!

I think this is a great thread you have started. :-)

Recently my husband mailed me a "Thank you" card - a real card, not an email...lol. He thanked me for loving him, for my patience, and for my friendship. Then he proceeded to write that he would do what ever it takes to earn my companionship. It was a beutiful sentiment and one that I now carry around with me in my purse.

It's those little things that I love. He always cleans the car out when I am going to drive a long distance in it. He scraps the windshield when it snows. He takes the bugs out when they sneak in the house...you know, the little stuff. I am grateful for all of that. :-)

OK you guys might think this is gross but the other night I was in a bad mood. My 7 yr old daughter was taking a bath when she called me in. Honestly I didn't want to, I just wanted to be left alone. She kept calling me. So I went in the bathroom and she told me to watch a "trick". She got her little dolphin toy and held it underwater while bubbles started coming out of it. "Look Daddy, the dolphin is farting"! I laughed so hard and got out of my bad mood. She said that she did that for me to make me happy...yes, I still think farts are funny!
