For your information, on the occasion of the World Health Assembly, a new report on Incentives for health professionals was launched today (Tuesday 20 May).

As part of its work work to identify and implement solutions to the health workforce crisis, GHWA commissioned the world's leading health and hospital professional associations (International Council of Nurses, the International Hospital Federation, the International Pharmaceutical Federation, the World Confederation for Physical Therapy, the World Dental Federation and the World Medical Association.) to produce the first-ever joint guidelines on incentives for the retention and recruitment of health professionals.

Underlining both financial and non-financial incentives as critical to ensuring effective recruitment, retention and performance of health workers across the world, the Guidelines describe different approaches taken by a number of countries and offer practical solutions to enable stronger retention and recruitment schemes.

The foundation to a new world - teaching our children

I was thinking this morning of how we go wrong with what we teach our children – Most of us teach them traditions – going to church or through the motions of the religions we were born to – All we are doing is making puppets out of them instead of teaching them to seek their soul.

If we started to teach them this from the minute they are conceived, I think they would stay connected instead of our causing their disconnect as they grow older.

They would have the true foundation of right or wrong before making decision by seeking their soul for answers…Their spirit within… That would be true magic of the most powerful kind...

This is completely Timely! I had a long talk today with a Crystal child friend, and the discussion was about the co-creation of a business. The purpose of the business is to act as representatives to artists. Those who, by their nature, are not ready, and may not ever be, to sell their Own Artwork, but have the deep desire to, and have prefaced this desire, by perparing themselves in visualization toward fruition, and allowing their art to be shared with the world at large.

The intention, as to ultimately co-create a Community Of Artists, in which each member pays no fees. It is fueled by gratitudinal donations, and advertisers at shows which we will be producing. To gather together the most conscious, aware, positive and supportive representatives, and eventually create gala event mixers, in which the artists may mingle with, and obtain multiple levels of networking. Here they shall be able to obtain the contact information of many artists, and representatives.

Also, this business project is intended to span more than one locale. It is meant to be taken to a national level, as well as global. This allows the artist to utilize many representatives simultaneously, to show their work in many different markets. The shows shall consist of a variety of venues and are open to the input and collaboration of both artists, and representatives.

An important aspect of this venture, is that of the cooperative factor of artists, and representatives. Those interested in representing, even when artists themselves, may do so at any time, furthering their networking capacities while doing so. The artist may represent their own work, or even the work of another artist. This also allows for the fluid exchange of ideas and information, serving to further expand the infinite creativity of both artist, and sales artist.

We are also intent on providing the artist with opportunities (at the mixers), which will allow both artist and representative alike to engage in visualization techniques to further assist in the manifestation of the common goal.

We also intend to collectively create a pool of funds, via donation and community allocation of funds, to generate green creative retreats at a later date. This would be another infinite source of opportunities to grow, heal, expand oneself creatively, while being in a soothing and inspiring environment, surrounded by others of similar intention.
