This Journey.....
I went to see my acupuncturist yesterday for my second appointment and I must say the Universe always brings the right people into your life. She is like a life coach and healer all wrapped into one! At the beginning of our session she asked me "What is happening in your Universe?" And she is very interested in not only hearing about your PHYSICAL pains, but your emotional ones as well. I find that sometimes people have a way of projecting their issues onto you. For instance, there was a situation here at work where a meeting was scheduled for our boss. the meeting occurred in a different location, so he had to account for travel time to get there on time. The meeting was scheduled for first thing in the morning, but when the morning arrived----my boss was late (as usual) and called us complaining that we didn't do what we needed to do in order for him to get to this meeting on… Continue

My Spiritual Path and Food....
I never knew that part of my spiritual path would include food. Lately, I have really been paying attention to what I eat and starting to get more active by walking alot more. As i continue down a path that I simply thought was an overall fitness path, I am realizing that this is truly bigger than I thought. In March, I just decided that I didn't want to eat beef anymore.
