Whenever a thought comes to your head that makes you feel bad, you just say to it " No thank you, I CAN live with out that" then put your thoughts on something you like. You have the power of choice and IT IS YOUR CHOICE what you experince in your life. KNOW THAT and I can assure you after awhile, you won't slip into that dark and painful room any more. Trust me and give it a go... you will see and feel for yourself :-)
