- What are your Powerful Intentions?
I am currently attracting a Nashville-based publisher that will get my songs in the right hands.
I intend to make the world a better place through laughter, music and poetry. I intend to write songs that make people feel something, whether it be love, inspiration or motivation to change the world.
I am attracting inspiration, creativity, abundance, wealth and meaningful lyrics. We have a saying here in Nashville...it all begins with a song.
I have 6 of my songs uploaded. Each one was a labor of love and one step closer to my dream. I hope you take the time to listen and I hope you are moved in some way.

- About Me:
- Missouri born and raised. Moved to Nashville in 2002 to follow the dream of being a songwriter.
I have two amazing kids; my daughter Cagney is a wonderful young lady. She is a Chemist/writer/songwriter among other things. There aren't words to describe how amazing she is.
My son Mitch is in his 3rd year of college at MTSU. He is studying to be a broadcaster and wants to work for ESPN.
I hope that somehow me following my dreams has inspired them to do the same. My biggest thrill so far is watching their talent develop. Now I know how my Dad felt.
I have a wonderful woman in my life that inspires me to be the best I can be and to keep following my dreams. This is the first lady I have met that makes me want to put my guitar down for a couple hours and go watch a chick flick.

We have a wonderful life together and have so much going for us. We are truly, truly blessed.

The Preacher's Kid

The preacher's kid sat in the second row and sang "Amazing Grace"
He listened to the words his Daddy spoke...still in his place.
He wondered if they listened to him speak
Why they only lived it one day a week.
Never knew how he couldn't see
That I needed him more than the sinners on Sunday.
But I was not a sinner yet, maybe I needed to be
to get what I needed from him.
In many ways, he was a hero to me
And I wanted to be like him and not them.
I always knew he was doing the best he could
He didn't know any other way.
I still remember the sermons he preached
He felt it and tried to live it,
but he couldn't get them to see.
"Don't you ever give up on God," he would say.
But they never listened, but I did.
And in many ways, because of him
the preacher's kid is a better man today.

How Wayne Dyer and LOA changed my life...

MDA Jerry Lewis Labor Day Telethon...
I am truly blessed as are most of us. I give thanks everyday for all that God has given me and done for my family. Just wondering, your name sound familiar to me even before I met you in this PI. Then after opening your blog, I found out that you are a musician. Are you famous at your place ? And it must be country songs, right ? (I'm Indonesian-living so far away from your place- so not so sure about what kind of music you bring ;).. )
