Let's all be there for each other -- because that's what friends do... I know your family will get through this...I truly understand about teacher incomes -- and although I am considered highly qualified by CA State standards, experienced, and so on... not being tenured hasn't given me the "security" of a contract this year --

Well, it's forced me to go back to subbing...but there are advantages to this...First of all, I couldn't keep my condo, either and needed a legitimate reason to let it go...Since Will and I got back together, he made it clear that he did not want it... So, my "hardship" letter included the fact that I became officially unemployed when summer started...

Also, as a sub I now have a little more time to do other more creative projects, since I'm not required to make lesson plans, attend meetings, write reports, etc...

I know theses are trying times for everyone, but I think of all the growth spurts we make during them...Relationships are the most important reasons we come into this world...and it's always going to be about LOVE, in one form or another...hang in there, my friend...

Use your imagination to create your "ideal" life and do whatever is in your power right now to move in that direction... cheerfully...I'm expecting some positive reports from you...Hopefully, real soon!

Gosh I love that photo of you!! I miss you too but hey, seems as though I have found my answer, direction and have an open path...to ensure my project moves forward without interference from the possible North American annexation of Canada and the destruction of our aborigianl peoples lands..

Regarding your comment about sometimes being mad at the world -- maybe it has a lot to do with staying in a loveless marriage for 19 years... and the self-talk that goes with it...

Ironically, that's exactly how long I stayed in my first marriage with our four children to raise... and then, through vulnerable frustration, ended up in a passionate, but dysfunctional four-year relationship which yielded just one treasure -- my fifth child... my daughter Olivia.

Now with Will, who is not the biological father of any of my five children, I only deal with silly small issues -- like fighting over where he keeps his mail... all over the kitchen counters where I need my space to work... And just a few minutes ago, we fought over this issue... again...

I'm still upset about the fact that he yells at me for trying to find a place for everything, because my organization skills upset what he did for 20 years...as if the space I need doesn't matter at all -- it's this issue that eventually led to our breakup in 2006...

However, this time, as mad as I am right now, I know that running away is not going to be an option... I'm learning to undo my selfishly "selfless" attitude by standing up for what works for everyone -- including myself... He'll come around and realize that stuff like this needs everyone's cooperation -- and not a "HE-MAN" approach...

And I'm stronger now than I used to be, so I can deal with it, because the family values and the love we share is far greater than any MALE MAIL issue... or my unfulfilled need for organization... Sorry, I just needed to vent a little, but it was reflective venting as I was responding to your comment.

As for financial issues...that one has answers...no matter what social class we're in... I am working on extinguishing credit-card debts and all along, I am inwardly rejoincing at the thought of becoming debt-free, even if it means relying on survivalist skills for a while... It's liberating in the long run...

So, hang in there, Pooky... Together with the love of your family, anything is possible... Just rethinking and exploring what we consider "needs" is a huge place to start...

Hey there, Pooky! It took me a while to get back to my page and see your friend invite -- I've been going through a relocation. Now I'm ready to reconnect to PI...

I had heard your name months ago through Nicole and the Adult Indigo group... So, we finally meet... Your family photos are so precious... Why do you all look familiar to me...? Love the romantic music, 'cause I'm an incurable romantic myself.

Are your photos of a recent second (or 3rd, 4th, 5th...?)marriage...? Ironically, I posted my pics after I reunited with my 2nd ex-spouse.

Even though we are no longer legally wed, I know that he is my soul mate and there were issues we both had to work through... The first time it all happened in a whirlwind... This time things are so much better... I joke about being able to have very successful disagreements now.

Now that we know each other so much better, we can't say that we don't know what we are getting into this time around... Besides that, my five kids and my family love him, too, and that also means more to me this time around...

I wish the best for you and your family... in love and business... Looking forward to hearing about your positive manifestations, too...
