What are your Powerful Intentions?
I am in the process of helping build high tech ecovillages all over the planet so we can live in a way that honors life, with green housing, fresh food and computer access so we can collaborate on business and creative projects from anywhere. The cities will be lighter because many of us will have soon moved to more rural areas for many months of the year.
What are your Intended Results in joining this community?
That we all get to live in a way that honors all life with interesting work, fresh food, fresh air and wonderful business partners and extended family we can visit and work and play with all over the world with plenty of time and resources. no need to commute or scurry around if we want a more leasurely peaceful life.

I am a painter and holistic health writer. I am also working on a sci fi fairytale novel called Plangent Noise about animals and humans living in harmony. They invent something called cell singing and heal themselves and the planet.

Day 6 of juice Fast I mean Feast!

Green Journal May 24, 2008 Started Juicefeast.com program Monday and I am now on day 6. Anyone care to join me? I made some adjustments to the program. Great page and information!
I recently had a bad fall and ruptured a few discs. What kind of exercises would you advise? I don't want to do too little, but don't want to do anything to aggrevate it. I have spoken to a couple of physical therapists, but not much help there.
