- I am from Aotearoa, New Zealand. I am blessed with a beautiful partner who is my soul mate, and two adult children who are my friends. I also have a gorgeous grandson , all whom I love dearly.
I come from a large family of diverse natures and personalities, I love art and I am currently a designer of resources for non-violence, posters cards etc. I also love to paint and work with clay

The maountain/island out at sea sits on the eastern coast of New Zealand. Its name in Maori is Moutohoura. Wahle Island, it depicts a mather whale and her baby. It is a sacred island to my tribe Ngati Awa and is a sanctuary for birds and animals. Heading south opposite Moutohoura is andother mountain, which I shall place a pic of called Puatauaki, and the saong on my page that plays is a dedication to Putauaki from my tribe, listen when you get a chance, it is melodious. I grew up between these mountains, on the coast line, learning oild tribal ways of respect and preservation of the lands which we believe we are merely guardians of, to be handed to our 'mokopuna' granschildren, from generations to come. My culture has taught me a sense of belonging, so when I need uplifting, I venture home, swim in the healing waters , sleep on the shore then lie in the 'urupa' graveyard close to the sea where my ancestors are, and return refreshed and cleansed......Our connection with 'papatuanuku' mother earth, is strong as we believe we are one...just a wee note to share...have a gorgeous day to you all my friends.......
