  • Tsubasa Onmitsu~  I have done some of this, not alot, but some and I think it helps your life in many ways.  For one, if you change your past, things happen in the present that shift and things often get "freed up" so that manifesting in present would automatically be much easier, thus yes, it works!  And I hadn't thought of that in a long time, so thanks for reminding me!!!

  • What if you visualize your past as changed, instead of your future? Most in the LOA community stress seing it now, but imagine if you changed it already? Would that speed up the manifestation process? If time is an illusion, perhaps this is the fastest road to having it now. It's just a thought I have been experimenting with.

  • The Magic Bank

    Imagine that you had won the following prize in a contest:

    Each morning your bank would deposit £86,400.00 in your private account for your use.
    However, this prize has rules, just as any game has certain rules.

    The first set of rules would be:

    **Everything that you didn't spend during each day would be taken away from you.
    You may not simply transfer money into some other account.
    You may only spend it.
    Each morning upon awakening, the bank opens your account with another £86,400.00 for that day.

    The second set of rules:

    ** The bank can end the game without warning; at any time it can say, Its over, the game is over! It can
    close the account and you will not receive a new one.

    What would you personally do?

    You would buy anything and everything you wanted right? Not only for yourself, but for all people you love,
    right? Even for people you don't know, because you couldn't possibly spend it all on yourself, right? You would try to spend every penny,
    and use it all, right?

    ACTUALLY This GAME is REALITY!

    Each of us is in possession of such a magical bank. We just can't seem to see it.

    The MAGICAL BANK is TIME !

    Each morning we awaken to receive 86,400 seconds as a gift of life, and when we go to sleep at night, any
    remaining time is NOT credited to us.

    What we haven't lived up that day is forever lost.

    Yesterday is forever gone.

    Each morning the account is refilled, but the bank can dissolve your account at any time....WITHOUT
    WARNING.

    SO, what will YOU do with your 86,400 seconds?

    Those seconds are worth so much more than the same amount in money
    Think about that, and always think of this:

    Enjoy every second of your life, because time races by so much quicker than you think.

    So take care of yourself, be Happy, Love Deeply and enjoy life!

    And - Start spending.

  • Here's another technique for dealing with limiting beliefs: It is from the book "Coaching with NLP" by Joseph O'Connor & Andrea Lages"Beliefs do change naturally through life. Beliefs in Time process: Ask yourself (and maybe write down) what you believe/d about the following things at childhood and at the following ages: Childhood, 15, 25, 35 (if you are that age) 50, 65 (For some of these you can imagine what you might believe at that age) on these subjects: age, beauty, happiness, home, love, career and possibilities.
    You may find that some beliefs have changed!
    OK
    So identify the limiting belief and write it down. What is the positive intention of this belief? E.g. maybe you say to yourself that you are too old to do xyz but this keeps you from having to deal with possible rejection along the way, which makes you feel accepted and valuable. So the positive intention might be
    for you to feel accepted and valuable.
    Ask yourself what you would rather believe, state it in the positive. Something that you don't also believe will really harm others!
    Write it down and write it in the present tense.
    E.g. "I am believing in myself and my abilities more and more"
    What is it like to doubt a belief?
    Look back at
    Beliefs in Time process (above, when you wrote down what you believed about love, aging etc. at different ages) Then think about your limiting belief while in that stage of doubt and ask yourself:
    What are the drawbacks of this old belief?
    Does it really fit in with what's important to you?
    Has there ever been a time when what happened did not bear out this belief?
    What was it like to believe this old belief?
    Say your phone number backwards (this is breaking state, distracting yourself)
    Get up and walk around the room.
    Then ask yourself
    What is it like to be open to belief?
    Think of a time when you were open to a new belief
    (The Beliefs in Time process might provide an example)
    Think about the new belief while in this state and ask yourself:
    How does it feel?
    How is it a better choice than the old belief?
    How well does it meet the positive intention of the old belief?
    What would it be like to believe this?
    What difference would it make?
    What could you do that you cannot currently do?

    What would you stop doing that you currently do?

    Evaluate the old & new beliefs

    Do you need to refine the new belief?

    Are there any "Yes, but"s?

    How is the new belief more useful than the old belief?

    Move the old belief to the "Museum of Old Beliefs" (where it will be available again, should you ever want it)

    Action!  What will you do differently as a result of your new belief?  What inspired action could you take now, based on this new belief being true for you now?

Princess 7's Incredible Incremental Affirmations

  I just posted this on another group I have but wanted to share here too, I thought that Princess 7 has quite an interesting and possibly effective affirmations technique for when people want to manifest something but when you affirm it, it sounds so out of reach and feels like too much of a jump.  I asked her if I could share it in my groups and so with her permission here it is.  Some are very general (the daily ones, and they are cool too, for setting up positive expectation for the day)…
