I've posted a few threads before on wanting to lose weight. I have achieved some success and wanted to share! I have been doing a program based on Quantum weight loss by Patricia Bisch. I have been training my mind over and over again that my metabolism is perfect and speeding up and releasing weight. On the program you have to test yourself for 2 weeks and eat whatever you want and based on your mental focus, see how you should not gain weight again. I tried it the first time after reading the book in one week. I do not recommend it lol, you really have to program your mind to BELIEVE it. I ended up gaining 5 pounds in 2 weeks but that to me was still partially a success. I normally would have gained 10-12 pounds eating the way I did!
I had a few more personal consultations and after a few months I tried it again for one week. I gained .8 of a pound. Not even one pound. I will admit I still had doubts and fears, which is what prevented my 100% success. I tried it again for 5 days and I gained .4 of a pound. So every time I try I would be more and more successful.
I challenged my body to eat whatever I wanted and lose 2 pounds for one week. I weighed myself and I had not gained any weight or lost any weight.
Long story short, you have to completely TRUST in yourself and BELIEVE in yourself to succeed. I know I have not lost the weight I have wanted to but I have been able to speed up my metabolism eating more and not exercising at all.
I know I am on the path to my perfect body weight! If I can eat whatever I want and not gain weight, surely with more focus I can lose it! I just have to keep trusting in the universe and know it is mine already. :)
