Week 3 of Natalie's method

6/29: Hi everyone! I will be doing my journal week-by-week from now on and updating the post daily! Yesterday (6/28) was day 15 so that will be kicking off this week! Also, there is a new, potentially powerfully technique I will be experimenting with today that will enable me to feel the emotions of already having my desired appearance. I'll be mentioning it in the upcoming days if anything noteworthy happens.


Day 15: I haven't been doing constant visualizing but I do it as much as I can. And of course I'm always clearing resistance. Now when I look in the mirror or down at my body I feel almost neutral. The desire to change my appearance has dropped off quite a bit, which I've heard is very normal and happens right before physical manifestation (this is why I may seem less than enthusiastic in my more recent posts). I believe a big change is coming however. I have started to receive unprompted comments from friends and family on my physical appearance telling me that I'm attractive, but nothing specific. It's quite unusual because people rarely comment on my physical appearance! Maybe my aura is changing? I'm not sure. 

Day 16: Today (6/29) I experimented with the new technique I mentioned and the results were very interesting :D I managed to get into theta state and did some light visualizations but it was a bit difficult at first because my mind wasn't able to focus very well. This is normal for the theta state. However the rest day, it was effortless to visualize constantly! At certain parts of the day, I felt this "knowing" that I have my desired appearance already - a feeling I haven't felt that much, except when I felt the magical feeling earlier. Except this time it wasn't this "extremely positive, bouncing off the walls happy" that I have my appearance. It was a general content  and grateful feeling, as if it was obvious and accepted by mind that I already look exactly the way I want to. I consider this a very good sign. It makes sense, because if you're vibrating at the frequency of your desire, you're gonna get used to it while feeling a light happiness over it. As far as the changes in my appearance, I don't notice anything obvious enough to warrant pictures but I KNOW that's coming. Sometimes when I look in the mirror, I just "feel" that I don't recognize myself. It's kind of strange but it makes sense. Things are changing on the etheric realm before the physical one. I won't give up until I have my physical manifestation. 

Day 17: Sorry for not updating yesterday. It was the same as Day 16! I will have more to say for tomorrow.

Day 21: Once again, sorry for not updating for a while! I suddenly became quite busy and I also did not want to keep repeating myself unless there was something new to report. Well, good news!...there appears to be some minor yet noticeable changes in some areas of my body and it caught me totally off guard. One of my desired changes was for my knees to be smaller, because they're quite large in comparison to my calves. Pants always have fit me strangely (tight around the knees, loose around the calves). I know I'm not just imagining things because my pants are fitting me differently, and while I've lost weight, I don't think it's just a weight thing. I believe my bone structure has started to alter and other things will be following suit. My theory is since I became busy and not thinking so much about my desire, I was in a state of non-resistance and all the energy I put into manifesting my desired appearance was able to flow effortlessly. No super noticeable changes in my face though, I think that may take some more time because of a greater identification with it for me. 

I think I may just be doing a regularly updated journal instead of daily in order to avoid repeating myself.

On the topic of the method that I'm experimenting with, that may very well have been the catalyst for seeing the changes. I'm definitely gonna share it with you guys once I have everything completely worked out!

    • Its okay to disagree with someone. I kind of agree with both of you. I think in my opinion we do whatever gives us the most positive thoughts. :) 

  • You're not actually doing what Natalie said.She said you have to BE it, it's your new life!if you had it would you make a thread about changing your physical appearance?no because you would already have it, if you had it would you discuss how you don't have noticable changes, how your biggest desire is to change your knees and say stuff like "I know it is coming"?, Nope because you would already have it so it's not coming it's here!Think about something about you that you already like, anything, maybe your hair, eyes or even your butt, now use the principles that you do on that part to attract your changes.Do you sometimes stare at it in admiration?probably, do you show it off with confidence?sure you do! But are you constantly checking on it in fear that it won't look how you want it to?No you just KNOW that it's yours and it looks amazing!This thread is killing your chances of attracting your desired look because it's solidifying the fact that you don't have what you want because every time you update or think about updating it you end up focusing on what you don't have.A few years ago I made my lips more plump, my eyelashes longer and my boobs bigger using everything she said, it's just a matter of accepting it as your new reality.Its nice that you're thinking of others but everyone here is capable of trying the method out for themselves, it's not your responsibility to do it for everyone, you did say you were busy!Just my two cents, Good luck with everything!

  • Thank you so much for your advice. I'll try to do as you say. This has always been the challenge that stopped me from continuing the whole process. I'll work to change that this time. Thanks again!
    • You're welcome! Btw everyone I haven't stopped doing Natalie's method/LOA, I just took a break from journaling because I noticed I was repeating the same exact things. I've also had changes that happened verryyy gradually so I didn't notice them right away. It may be a couple weeks before they'd be noticeable on camera though, so I plan to document them then. 

  • That's one of the obstacles I encountered as well. The way I got around it is just learning to believe both things at the same time. Your friends and family see your current appearance, that part is true. However, it's also true that you have your desired appearance, they just don't see it (yet). But you need to focus on the second belief more. The more energy (belief and expectant emotions towards) you put into your desired appearance, in time everyone else sees it as well! You're the one with the desire, so you pull that possibility from the pool of Universal infinite possibilities into the physical realm for everyone to see :)

    • Yes, this is what I do as well! 

  • How do you manage feeling that you look the way you want while being around others? This is my main limitation, since no matter how much I felt the reality of my desire in my visualizations, when I'm around family and friends, the process seems to become undone. It's like I know for sure they're seeing my current physical appearance, so it's very difficult to convince myself I'm the way I want to be in those situations. Any advice?

  • Don't worry, I'm not always busy and I will keep updating for as long as it takes to reach my goal :) (I just updated yesterday btw)

    You may be confusing accepting negative thoughts vs. believing and reacting to negative thoughts. There's a difference. You're supposed to accept them (and your negative emotions) in order to prevent resistance. But after you accept them intially, don't keep accepting them as a reality and keep replaying them in your head, if that makes sense. 

    For example

    Original thought: "This is silly! I'll never have what I want" 

    Possible reactions:

    1. Feeding the thought: "What am I supposed to do now? Oh god, nothing ever works out for me" etc. etc. you proceed to feel bad for the whole day

    2. Resistance: "No, no! I'm happy! I will have what I want!" you falsely feel positive only to grow more desperate later

    3. Acceptance: "Hmm, ok. That's how I feel in the moment. I accept that." then you let the thought go and your vibration is raised

    Reactions #1 & 2 are what most people do. However the correct reaction is #3 and the one that will allow you to manifest whatever you want if you do it with sufficient regularity!
