  • @H, so EFT seems to be only for trapped emotions (gained from long term verbal abuse and keeping your feelings in and not expressing it which lead to the storage of bad energy).

    So since Natalie and you didn't have any of these trapped emotions, you guys were better able to accept your appearance and love yourselves allowing things to manifest, right?

    The key is letting go, so when you love yourself you don't worry about the shape of your nose and you accept but at the same time ask for a better nose because since you love your nose, you want to "honor" it by making it better?
  • @Eric, hi! so youre a singer? My sister is a singer too (choir acapella groups etc at her college). She said that she listens to songs that resonate with a certain vocal range she wanted to reach and imagined herself performing it. She said it helped her reach her vocal potential
  • @Esol , i really cant say the true things about this but for me if i would change my body or face shape and if i really believe that i already have that body shape , i would never need to diet or massage etc.  You should decide this by yourself, please dont listen to me because i could direct you to the wrong way maybe diet or massage can help you but if i really believe that i have it but although if a do diet massage it will mean that still i dont have it and i am trying to make it real. i hope you understand or i could explained.. :

  • @H : congrats on your nose :) Btw, when you say you meditated - did you mean that sit quietly and just enjoy the silence, not letting any thoughts in or did you listen to relaxing music and visualized your new self?


  • @maximum90 Thank you so much for your advice! It made me feel much better now :) I just have one more question though. Do you think it is okay to be on a diet and get facial massages but use affirmations that I will get great results in a short period of time? I believe that it's possible to change my body just by thoughts, but I feel that I need to do something in order to make myself feel ensured. Would that make me only attached to my desires?

  • @lydiasong thank you :) I also now am working on the fact that I KNOW this is my nose forever more and the old reality has dissolved into non existence.
    I didn't do EFT because I didn't resonate with me personally, I just meditated to feel my inner being and that sense of unconditional love and ecstasy, and then I felt my inner beauty, and how that would look in a physical sense, which is my perfect self. I then carried that feeling and visual image throughout the day, so there was no need to remove any negative feelings because that wasn't my reality. That's what worked for me.

    I don't say anything outloud, my inner voice is the loudest and it speaks directly to all parts of me :)
  • @H, wow, girl. Your story is like a dream come true for everyone here. Congratulations and I take it that you give your nose even more love now? Did you do a lot of meditation and EFT to remove the bad vibes?

    Im going away to college soon and I don't want my roommate to look at me weird if I "cell talk" out loud or listen to an audio of my voice at night

When figuring out what you want for your body, how you want to look, make sure you write down the best that you want. Don't just write down I want a better nose. That's too small. The universe can give you ANYTHING you want so why ask for the smallest things. Ask to be extremely gorgeous, supremely attractive.Next, once you wrote down what you want, go and work on it. How fast can be done. It's not a question.

Few days ago I was looking for new info about Joseph Pierce Farrell's techniques (Manifesting Michelangelo) and I saw new videos on his website. The cases on the videos took from 45 minutes to 3 days (probably for few hours a day for 3 days). Most of the results are really visible, not just some blurish before/after photos.
