  • Plastic surgery made more people uglier than prettier. If you are using the worst before and the best after it looks like the surgery did it and it's mostly photoshop.

  • Oh, I know that! :D I'm just talking about from a purely physical standpoint. It's such a big general belief that for most people, eating less makes them automatically lose weight. It's all vibrational of course.

  • umm food has nothing to do with weight...

    When you feel fat your food makes you fatter – it does! When you feel slender your food keeps you slender – it does!

    You must understand that because you see people eating similarly with very different results, and you say, "oh yeah, it's their metabolism," and we say, what do you think metabolism is?! Metabolism is vibrational response to your moment in time. Metabolism is the way the energy is moving through your body, you see. And so *everything* is in response to the way... that you feel.

    Everything is.

    Everything is mind over matter.


  • Those health issues only prevent weight loss a little bit.  Eating the right amount will work for anyone easily :>

  • there are many people who have hormonal and health issues as to why they can't lose it, it's not only calories but also how your body processes it. Losing weight can be difficult .

  • All people have to do for weight loss (from a strictly physical standpoint at least) is eat less.  Exercise, only eating certain foods and anything else is totally optional.  Putting on weight is a lot harder for many people than losing weight as far as I've seen.

  • Shampoo Girl  remember that she has a small frame so she looks more  thin but overall her body is healthy. Maybe shes lacking a bit of muscle tone but she can work on it if she chooses to. I love slim but I also like a nice muscle tone to a body not too much but a bit of more definition never hurts.  and I think its better to be thin than overweight, you can always put on weight it doesnt take much effort now loosing it is another story.

When figuring out what you want for your body, how you want to look, make sure you write down the best that you want. Don't just write down I want a better nose. That's too small. The universe can give you ANYTHING you want so why ask for the smallest things. Ask to be extremely gorgeous, supremely attractive.Next, once you wrote down what you want, go and work on it. How fast can be done. It's not a question.

Few days ago I was looking for new info about Joseph Pierce Farrell's techniques (Manifesting Michelangelo) and I saw new videos on his website. The cases on the videos took from 45 minutes to 3 days (probably for few hours a day for 3 days). Most of the results are really visible, not just some blurish before/after photos.
