  • Wow! What a thread! That focus wheel clip on youtube and that Emotional Scale and DS's feedback are all excellent!

DS, this thread calls for linking to Abe by topic, under "processes" perhaps? :)

  • thank you so much for sharing this wonderful peace of advice , i just want to know if i can use the focus wheel process  for upgrading my marks and increasing my chances to get into the university of my choice.
    Thank you again:).

  • I liked the focus wheel too! Thanks for sharing.

  • Thank you, I am familiar with the Emotional Guidance Scale, but not sure how it relates to focus wheel. What am I missing :) Thanks! Cheryl

    • oh...this chart identifies what processes to use at what emotional points on the scale. the focus wheel process is recommended for setpoints of  anger up to boredom...that's the usefulness of the chart, and i started there because...

"The whole key to this is knowing where you are on the vibrational spectrum before you begin to focus." Abe 02.05.2011 San Fran, CA  (i kinda take that to heart given the information that they've given us on affirmations, how using them in poor vibrational timing can set you even more discordant emotionally instead of better in the using of them, which is surprising to learn at first but once understood makes perfect sense and allows you to make more productive use of them, good results always being more fun)

we have threads on it too, as soon as i get focused i'll drop them or maybe someone else will, they'll give you the instructions direct from abraham and you might get some peer explanations as well. the method has changed a little bit over the years i've noticed in watching the quotes and the dates and the differences...but i can't remember what specifically i've noticed about that...

  • That was fantastic Athena! I love the focus wheel!

  • one detail other detail...i think anger is the lowest effective point for that?i was doing them higher than anger and ....i never really pondered that....i liked them a lot but....i wasn't doing very well at the time actually....i lost setpoint ground during that time period. lol! the sky is falling again :))

got this from a very other abe enthusiasts...isn't this table great!
  • Hello you!

    I found this:

Basically, I usually draw it like a clock too, with 12 segments.  I think one of the others will explain it better

soon than I, but if they don't do that I will explain more.
