Info:I been really looking at Pacing method to figure out why it didn't work well for everyone and finally after looking and testing workout method more and getting smarter I understand now.
You see "workout Method" only doing twice a week in a row is SAFE!!!This way seems to give one results every month with little to no plateuo.At the same time doesn't give the SUPER boost a effects of Pacing method.I combined them and tested it out for months and it works amazing.
Here is how it works.
Using money as a example let's say you have 1,000 dollars and has between 1k-to1500k for a couple of months.You would set your recover limit at 1,000.Anytime you go less then this then you would have to focus twice a week in a row as much as you can till it is ether 1,000 or more.
1.Set a recover limit(1,000 for example) and safe limit(This is how much it should be before you feel you can focus everyday again till it goes under the recoverly limit.From 10-50% is good)
2.Focus everyday in till you start going down as much as you can or atleast seven days.(atleast 10 mins a day)
3.Once you go under or are the same amount for more then 30 days focus only twice a week till you go higher then what you were when you were focusing everyday,then you can do everyday again.
4.Make a note of your week,so you can see if it's better or worse.
5.Have fun this is SUPER safe and at the same time gives stable results.
6.Remember you don't have to go everyday when you can.You can just keep getting having a safe increase by doing twice a week in a row.
This is new method.It's amazing,because now I counter acted the ill effects of pacing method by adding the safe effects of focusing twice a week with workout method.
Phew....Took quite some time to get to this point,but it was worth it.
