Pacing-Workout Method=========================================================

Info:I been really looking at Pacing method to figure out why it didn't work well for everyone and finally after looking and testing workout method more and getting smarter I understand now.
You see "workout Method" only doing twice a week in a row is SAFE!!!This way seems to give one results every month with little to no plateuo.At the same time doesn't give the SUPER boost a effects of Pacing method.I combined them and tested it out for months and it works amazing.

Here is how it works.

Rules

Using money as a example let's say you have 1,000 dollars and has between 1k-to1500k  for a couple of months.You would set your recover limit at 1,000.Anytime you go less then this then you would have to focus twice a week in a row as much as you can till it is ether 1,000 or more.

1.Set a recover limit(1,000 for example) and safe limit(This is how much it should be before you feel you can focus everyday again till it goes under the recoverly limit.From 10-50% is good)

 

2.Focus everyday in till you start going down as much as you can or atleast seven days.(atleast 10 mins a day)

3.Once you go under or are the same amount for more then 30 days focus only twice a week till you go higher then what you were when you were focusing everyday,then you can do everyday again.

 

4.Make a note of your week,so you can see if it's better or worse.

 

5.Have fun this is SUPER safe and at the same time gives stable results.

 

6.Remember you don't have to go everyday when you can.You can just keep getting having a safe increase by doing twice a week in a row.

 

 

This is new method.It's amazing,because now I counter acted the ill effects of pacing method by adding the safe effects of focusing twice a week with workout method.

 

 

Phew....Took quite some time to get to this point,but it was worth it.

  • You have to measure based off results.Money is easier to measure,because you can how it's going anytime.As for relationships just measure based off how things go.

     

    You would have a safe limit(Get atleast three interactions with girls for example).Really depends on what is normal and what is not normal in your life.You always notice improvement if it comes.

     

    Also remember that on average as long as you focus only twice a week there is a 15%(Atleast) increase a month(Depends on how much you focus,so more the better),but going more days when you can will speed  up and make more results.Last if you are  on plateau doing everyday and go back to twice within 2 weeks on average things getting recovering and getting better again.

  • Okay.I really don't want people confused so I will give examples.

     

    If you have 1,000 and you are focusing everyday

     

    Recover limit:1000(as long as this is 1000 it's okay to focus everyday)

    Safe Limit(Limit that you feel okay with focusing everyday) 10-50% is recommend,so 1200 for example)

    Week1:1100(focusing everyday)

    Week2:1300(focusing everyday)

    Week3:900(Start focusing twice a week in a row on days you set)

    Week4:980(Focus twice a week till 1200)

    Week5:1111(Focus twice a week till 1200)

    Week6:1080((Focus twice a week till 1200)

    Week7:1330(You can now focus everyday if you want)

  • Let me explain a bit more

    Make sure that twice week in a row is always the same days.If you do your workout days on thur and fri,then it's always those days.

     

    "3.Once you go under or are the same amount for more then 30 days focus only twice a week till you go higher then what you were when you were focusing everyday,then you can do everyday again."

     

    You can go as long as you want even if you are going under,but if you wanna recover you switch to twice a week workout.

    If you keep gaining weekly,then it's best to keep going,but if you are lazy you can switch back to twice a week and keep that up as long as you feel like it.Twice a week is pretty much a 15% increase  in improvement every month or more.
