I always wanted to have a site in which to share our favorite books, discuss them, give an advice. Thus we will share the best of us, our secret feelings about what we learnt with everybody. The only purpose of knowledge is to be shared.

As the above of buddhism understanding, I think I misplaced the last one... so I am amending it.
1. Right view. (Right understanding)
2. Right intention. (Right thought)
3. Right speech.
4. Right action.
5. Right livelihood.
6. Right effort.
7. Right mindfulness.
8. Right concentration.
All this is found in the Noble Eightfold Path of buddhism. Peace be with you... :)

Here is the explanation,
There is no unmoving mover behind the movement. It is only movement. It is not correct to say that life is moving but life is movement itself. Life and movement are not two different things.
In other words, there is no thinker behind the thought. Thought itself is the thinker. If you remove the thought, there is no thinker to be found.
