  • @bellapuella  Not really a change in facial structure, but I do believe I somehow managed to make my feet smaller. This year I went shopping and bought a very nice pair of shoes, but they kept hurting my knees very badly. Every day I wished my feet would get smaller so that I wouldn't feel that pain any more, and without even noticing my feet got smaller. I know this for sure because today I tried on my friend's shoes, and I had done that one time in the past too, but they didn't fit then. I was just curious and it looks like I did it. : ) I'm also starting to see results with my eye colour. I'm aiming for blue, and I have dark brown; they're almost black... they were. Today one of my friends told me that my eyes got a little bit lighter, because she could see my pupil even if I stood in the shade. I hope my comment makes at least a little bit of sense. I was very rushed to write it. xD

    somebdy here on pi had written an intension(sorry dnt remember who it was)
    that any skin cant b clear totally so one hair or small hair could be visualised

  • hey, has anyone had any experience with manifesting a change in facial structure? i.e jaw shape, nose, size and shape of the eyes as opposed to skin color/hair type etc things that seem to be less rigid and more feesable than bones changing (just to me)! would love to hear any stories and any photos!

  • omg and i thought i was going crazy too, like one said i dived too deep into loa.

    i feel the same sort of stuff lately like feeling like im only in a imagination, im also for real know loa is real and made good things happen except for i feel like i dont care anymore about making anything happen. i sleep all the time never want to do much, im pretty much depressed, right when i thought i just figured out how to get loa to work for me.

    iv not been on here for a while until now when i dont usely read the comment wall, this is so strange. loa is trying to tell me something.

  • Also, I can feel how tense you are. Believe me when I say sleep will help. You are not going to die, and I'm sure you know that no matter how irrational the fear. Lack of sleep causes additional stress and makes you feel even more disconnected, especially when you're dealing with emotional trauma like you said. It is one of the first defence mechanisms of the mind. The brain sorts through memories & experiences - moving them between short-term and long-term memory. It helps you get to terms with painful thoughts, judgmental attitudes, beliefs, self-worth, guilt and prior similar situations as well as regulating sensitivity to a certain incident as you revisit it in your mind. So please do try and get sleep darling. Take care and know that we're all here for you :)

  • That's good Jen, just keep yourself going. I'm glad you're feeling better, its just a phase and I promise you it'll pass. I agree with Annusya, sometimes alcohol and other substances can kind of skew our perception of reality. Do spend more time around people, nature and pets. Try to get lots of sleep as well and drink lots of water, it'll help clear out your brain (I'm absolutely not joking, it's said to help get rid of neurotoxins - http://www.the-scientist.com/?articles.view/articleNo/37939/title/B...). Also try to pick up something like a smooth stone and keep touching it. It helps in feeling more connected and grounded. Eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies, talk with a friend. Sit down and voice your concerns to someone who you love and trust. You're absolutely safe and there are people who love and care about you. One-word feeling grids can also help. Focus on the word SAFE and what that means to you. How you'd feel if you felt safe, cherished and happy. Note down mental images, thoughts and ideas - build on those. You can do this with any feeling that you want to reach for. Just saying you're gonna be fine. Much love xx

How fast can be done. It's not a question.

Few days ago I was looking for new info about Joseph Pierce Farrell's techniques (Manifesting Michelangelo) and I saw new videos on his website. The cases on the videos took from 45 minutes to 3 days (probably for few hours a day for 3 days). Most of the results are really visible, not just some blurish before/after photos. Success in growing taller and increasing size

I have had some success over the last two months in changing my physical appearance to be taller and larger all around. I have been trying to do this for a while but haven't had any success until the last two months. I had trouble convincing myself I was taller when it was obvious I wasn't.Two months ago I tried something new. I started with the idea that I was still growing.
