  • Reason im doing bone structure is I want to be tall but if I grow taller now ittlll make bone structure worse

  • I went researching and it said your mind doesn't know the difference between reality and a visualization. So that's why when you visualize try to use all your senses

    Ex: you feel your soft hair; you smell the shampoo in your hair; you see your hair; you hear compliments about your hair; idk about taste kkkkkk
  • Note : they change when YOU CHANGE ( the beliefs)

  • Its a belief, if you start seein peoples like good peoples, they will change.

    To be honest, is a reflection. Peoples reflect what you believe. To see it, change a belief about them and then they will change.

  • @Samantha pierce I see. I'm sorry that you're still having them. I haven't had anyone tell me that my face looks good. If anything, they have always told me how bad it looks. That is where the negative emotions have originated. I believe that we can get through this. We just have to live as we want, let go, and just, well, try and have some form of fun in our lives if we can.

    @energyzone That makes a lot of sense. I had this realization a few minutes ago while I was talking to my horse and cat (they never judge, so I feel at complete ease talking with them about whatever I feel the need to). I am trying to let go, and I think I may be onto the right process.  

  • Icemail, the problem with all of this stuff is that it can't be learned. You have to learn by doing, period. For instance, visualization sounds good, but I close my eyes and don't actually see anything. All of the people that have been successful have probably been practicing this stuff for years and just now getting results. Log off the computer and START.

  • @EnergyZone you are right, about some people doing it wrong...I have learned loa for good amount of 5-6 months now.....I think i am soon on the right track, I have never visulized before, I think that would be a good idea to do now, i TRied it little eralier, it made me smile, how many mins a day u guys suggest for

    "visulation" and should I be doing something else then visualison?

    Believe, feel, grateful/love? any of those

  • i still have these breakdowns. (i am 19 too by the way)
    i don't even know why i dislike my face this much. i have people around telling me that i look good. ijust don't feel like this

  • @Samantha pierce I suppose so. I don't hate my face as much as I used to. When I was 18, I would look at my face and then break down crying. One year later, I can look in the mirror and not have nervous breakdowns, so I think I'm improving.

How fast can be done. It's not a question.

Few days ago I was looking for new info about Joseph Pierce Farrell's techniques (Manifesting Michelangelo) and I saw new videos on his website. The cases on the videos took from 45 minutes to 3 days (probably for few hours a day for 3 days). Most of the results are really visible, not just some blurish before/after photos. Success in growing taller and increasing size

I have had some success over the last two months in changing my physical appearance to be taller and larger all around. I have been trying to do this for a while but haven't had any success until the last two months. I had trouble convincing myself I was taller when it was obvious I wasn't.Two months ago I tried something new. I started with the idea that I was still growing.
