The way to clean up your vibration is from inside the vortex. The way to clean it up is from inside the vortex. And now let us give you the definition of cleaning up your vibration. You can't clean up a vibration.

You can't clean it up because your attention to it messes it up. Your attention to it makes it bigger. It just gets bigger and bigger. It's like I'm going to clean this fire up with gasoline (laughter). I think I'll clean up this fire with gasoline. I'll put more fuel on it and we say that's not logical is it? The way you clean it up is by withdrawing from it. The way you clean up a vibration is by activating another vibration.

  • Everything that has ever been lived, everything that has ever been written down or documented, has been vibration first. Everything has been conjured in vibration first before it manifests. So if something has manifested and you continue to give it your attention, the fact that it is true should really hold no weight with you. The question that we would ask is not, is it true, or is it undeniable? The question that we would ask is, how does it make me feel when I focus upon it? And if the answer to the question is, it doesn't make me feel very good when I focus upon it, then we would say, true or not, it does not serve you. And if you will activate a different part of your vibration—the "truth" will shift.

  • Q: So I don't need to clean anything up?

    You can never clean something up, because when you try to clean it up it just gets bigger and badder. There's no cleaning it up. What there is, however, there is benefiting from the bounce that the contrast has provided. So, rather than saying I'm going to clean it up, say instead: 'I'm going to take the bounce and receive the benefit of the contrast that I chose'.

    Your Vortex couldn't expand if you weren't willing to play with the contrast, and every bit of that contrast is valuable. Contrast isn't given to you as a punishment, and what you don't want isn't given to you as a punishment, it's all to help you parley yourself into greater clarity.

    By spending more time in the Vortex, by not over-thinking this, by not trying to take an issue and fix it. You're still trying to clean it up! And every time you clean it up you just stay specific on what wasn't cleaned up, and you keep it active. It will dissolve, it will become so inactive as the Vortex dominates what is active, and it will become a non-issue.

  • "Do you have to change your vibration on a particular subject in order to let it in?" No, you don't. You could pet your pet and let it in. You could sit with your feet dangling in the bay, and let it in. If it is a subject that you often think of in an attitude of resistance, it is really worthwhile reaching for some thoughts that feel better. You could launch an intention and never think about it again, and the Universe would yield it to you. You don't have to clean up your vibration relative to anything, if you can just not think about it any more. That's why we teach meditation. It's easier to teach you to have no thought than to have pure positive thought. When you quiet your mind you stop thought; when you stop thought you stop resistance; when you stop resistance—then you are in a state of allowing.

  • Focus is attention to a subject. And when...you just can't get around it; when you are focusing upon a subject of something unwanted and you do it longer it gets more and more specific and therefore more and more powerful.

    So, to construct a thought of something wanted: you think about it and talk about it a lot.

    To construct a thought of something that is unwanted: you think about it and talk about it a lot.

    But most people aren't aware of what they're talking about and thinking about because they are not relating manifestations with anything that they are doing anything about. Because there is such a glut of information, such a glut of conversation, such a glut of topics for you to focus upon you don't even realize for the most part that you are being negatively oriented by the world at large, the world that calls you nuts if you stop doing that. And so, without realizing it, a lot of people become more and more specifically focused upon unwanted things. Without even realizing it until a manifestation occurs that is evidence of what they are doing.

    Well, then we say that once a manifestation has occurred, the only way the manifestation can dissolve or cease to be is if attention is withdrawn from it. But it's not an easy thing to not look at something that is. Once an unwanted manifestation occurs, having your attention on it is sort of the "normal natural" thing. The doctors look at it, the doctors REALLY look at it...they really examine it fully with all kinds of things. They'll even look in places you can't look for it. And they want to talk to you about it. So, because of who you are and because of what's in your vortex and because of the influence of your son, because of the influence of your inner being, because of the influence of the source within you, of the "healing energy" within you, as you found yourself specifically focused, so specficially focused that you had a specific manifestation that specifically erupted...as you began to withdraw your (even though there was a full manifestation) as you began to withdraw your attention from it, you made it go from specific to less specific to less specific to less specific to less specific and then to so general to so general to so general to so general and then the next logical thing for you and you so wisely followed the guidance of the game, the guidance of the meditation, the guidance of your sweet son right into more specific, more specific off that topic, more specific off that topic. In other words...this is the process of getting from where ever you are to where you really want to be. And it doesn't matter how divergent from who you really are and were you really want to be you find yourself in any time you can always move.

    (this is "another" way to "clean up vibration", called "diffusing" or deconstructing thought. these two concepts are from different years separated by a lot but demonstrate how different applying the teachings can be depending on where you start from emotionally in any moment that you seek to focus effectively. see quote below.     In other words, here's what we see. You feel negative emotion. It
    doesn't mean anything to you so you don't do anything about it. You
    just change the subject because you have a lot of things to think
    about. Then, because you've changed the subject but you haven't
    changed your vibrational point of attraction, sooner or later you're
    going to attract another condition or incident that's in harmony
    with whatever was there before. And then you have another little
    blast of negative emotion. So you don't know how to change the
    Energy, you don't do anything about it, you just change the subject.
    So you don't change your vibrational point of attraction, so then
    you attract another incident.

    Now can you feel what is happening here?

    In other words by reaching for something specific that is a
    vibrational match to what she wants.... Now she just came from a
    place of really knowing what she does not want, recognising it and
    finding a LITTLE PIECE of something that is a match, she has soothed
    her vibration and brought herself back into vibrational harmony.

    thought relative to this subject. You see what we are getting at?

    That's how its done. LITTLE BY LITTLE when you feel negative emotion
    your work is just to talk about that subject if you can until you
    feel a LITTLE better And if you can't do it quickly . In other
    words if you cant do it in a minute or two leave it and choose some
    other subject Because by hammering at it, trying to make yourself
    shift is counter productive.

    If it doesn't happen easily wait for another opportunity. Your very
    wise and loving Inner Being will guide you to another opportunity
    where it will be easier. And you see you don't make these
    transitions all at once.

    So let's say when you were in high school someone mistreated you in
    some way and you never really got over it. You remember the hurt,
    you remember the wrongdoing, you remember how you felt, you remember
    the disadvantage that you took away from it.

    But then you left there. Eventually you stopped talking about that
    person. And while you still occasionally have people treat you in
    that way, it doesn't come up very often, and you don't think about
    it all that often.

    And then someone says something to you that triggers that and now
    it's active again. And as you begin pondering it you feel that hurt
    all over again. That means your vibration never moved from that
    hurt. You haven't been thinking about it so it hasn't been a big
    player in your vibration. But it's been lying there dormant with the
    potential of being activated. And now something has happened that
    activated it.

    So OUR encouragement is that sooner or later you take it and you
    talk it downstream. You do it on purpose. It might take you two or
    three days, here and there, and here and there, but you leave it in
    a whole different place. Now you've left it in a different place, it
    doesn't have the potential of ever being activated again. In other
    words, you've moved yourself to a new place ...

    So when you deliberately talk about that subject and talk yourself
    into alignment about it, now that can never creep up again, all of
    your power is right here, because all of your ability to focus is
    right here. And before you know it those vibrations become your
    dominant vibrations which makes you impervious to mistreatment, it
    makes it not possible for anything other than what you want to flow
    into your experience.

    As long as anything other than that is happening, it means you've
    got those vibrations still active, so there's still some work to do.

    We say that if you can focus upon things that you don't have a big
    negative vibration built up around, the Universe will deliver it to
    you quickly, which will give you confidence in your ability to
    focus, it will give you confidence in the Law of Attraction, it will
    give you confidence in your worthiness. So we always say start with
    easy things until you've proven to yourself the power of Law of
    Attraction, and proven to yourself your ability to focus.

    And once you've got that, we encourage you to clean up your
    vibration on every subject under the sun. Your vibration is right
    where you left it on every subject.
