About Me:

I'm a coach who works with my clients and students to bring about an alchemical process........I love working with people using mind, body and spirit to be all who they are, to embrace their personal power and live a life of happiness, love, joy, passion and vitality. I am training to be a yoga teacher and love my practice - it helps me to connect to the divine and to my body......and i want to incorporate this into my work....... I am a single mum to a wonderful 12 year old son......and it would be lovely to attract a special man into my life!!
