Hello Ani,
I'm sorry for replying late! I didn't notice I'd gotten any messages here. Anyways, thanks for your sweet comment! I can't tell you how thrilled I was that you found my relationship information useful. I know it's late, but I wanted to answer your question: When you put something on your vision board or in your diary, should you also feel the sense of having that thing?
If you can get a sense of having it, that's always helpful.
I always try to conjure up a feeling (even if it's minuscule) of having the thing I want. When I look at my vision board, I always do at least one of the following:
1. Try to get a sense/feeling of already having the thing I want.
2. Try to get a mental picture of myself having the thing I want. This is my go-to option when #1 fails me. Some people are better at visualizing and others do better with feeling. Personally, the feeling part can be difficult for me. I tend to find it difficult to get into a feeling mode. Feelings of excitement, bliss, and sometimes gratitude, don't come easily to me. So I focus on the visualization part - I can usually work up at least a small mental image of having the thing I want to manifest. Even if I can't see the details, but can only conjure up an image of myself being happy because I have the thing I want, it helps immensely!
3. Say thanks for the thing I want to manifest and leave it at that.
Oddly enough, doing this has delivered promising results for me.
This technique is especially useful when:
1. you haven't got all the details of what you want sorted out
2. when you have resistance, emotional blockages
3. You have difficulty manifesting with visualization, feeling, or other techniques
4. when your mental energy is depleted and you can't go through the process of doing visualization, vision boards, or other manifesting techniques.
5. When you've done the sorting, the visualizing, journaling, etc. and you're in the process of allowing your results without getting in the way.
The key is to keep it effortless.
The way I use this technique:
(I like to use this one in the shower. It's fast and doesn't require a lot of mental energy.)
I start by clearing my mind from all the manifesting stuff, letting go of any focused efforts that may be overwhelming me. Get yourself into a meditative state if you need to. I stop the process of visualizing and feeling. I let go of the need to get my vibration just right. (Sometimes, after getting clear on what you want and setting your intention into motion, the best thing you can do is stop the extra efforting because it begins to overwhelm you.)
Once I've let go and my mind isn't working on doing any of the manifesting stuff (like visualizing or trying to feel anything strongly), I simply say "My intended result is to have ------, Divine, together, now." (The "divine, together, now" are just switch words that I like to use when I manifest. If you haven't already, you can find out what switch words are and which ones do what here on P.I.)
Then, without pressure to feel any sense of gratitude that isn't there, I say "thank you for -----," "I'm so grateful and happy that I have -----."
In most cases, by the time I've made those 3 statements, visuals naturally start popping into my mind. If any thoughts or images don't naturally come up, I won't push it because it isn't necessary to do anythin
