    "Your vision will become clear only when you look into your heart. Who looks outside, dreams. Who looks inside, awakens."

    Seek to awaken to deeper ways to create harmony in your life and affairs, my friend. LIGHT & lOVE, Dave

    "You have brains in your head.
    You have feet in your shoes.
    You can steer yourself in any direction you choose.
    You're on your own.
    And you know what you know.
    You are the guy who'll decide where to go."
    ~Dr. Seuss

    My friend, Dr. Seuss tells it like it is. Each of us has within exactually what we need to take us where our destiny calls us to go; listen to your heart and the still-small voice of your intuition that knows where this life's journey has allready made a pathway for you. Believe in yourself and live your passion!
    Namaste,
    Dave

    The Beauty Of A Woman

    ~author unknown

    "The beauty of a woman
    isn't in the clothes she wears,
    The figure that she carries,
    or the way she combs her hair.

    The beauty of a woman
    must be seen from in her eyes;
    Because that's the doorway to her heart,
    the place where love resides.

    The beauty of a woman
    isn't in a facial mole;
    But true beauty in a woman,
    is reflected by her soul.

    It's the caring that she cares to give,
    the passion that she shows;
    And the beauty of a woman
    with passing years only grows."

    Cherokee Blessing
    'May the warm winds of Heaven blow softly on your home,
    And the Great Spirit bless all who enter there.
    May your mocassins make happy tracks in many snows,
    And may the rainbow always touch your shoulder.'

    "Grown men can learn from very little children
    for the hearts of the little children are pure.
    Therefore, the Great Spirit may show to them
    many things which older people miss."

  • Glad to find your note in my basket when I got back. Had a good trip but lots of work. Ended up spending an extra day in order to fill out the raft we made (60 X 40). It took 20 hours to float it back to town and now we have to do some serious cutting and hauling. It was not quite the camping trip I expected. Over the three nights we slept a total of around 6 hours. Since it only gets sort of dark for only a couple hours, we would work till 1am, eat, and then up again at 5. The last day I only got to lay down for an hour from 2am till 3 and then we shoved off the raft for the long float. The reason was not wanting to have to deal with floating that monster through the sandbars in the dark. Needless the say, when I got back to the village monday around midnight, I was a little worn out. We saw quite a few bears and had one hanging around camp with cubs. I will put some pictures of the trip on my web page for you to see.
