  As for your interest in the mist, I just remembered that a good way to use it is in front of the mirror. Then, when you address the mist, you are simultaneously addressing yourself. Only, since you are projecting onto this mist, your rational mind has no reason to defend itself against your possibly "unrealistic" statements! :D

  But, if it works at all for you, it'll work anywhere, really. :O)
