My first record released was, Solrâc, which battled its way to the top of regional charts, earning respect and the friendship of Buddha Records recording artists James Baker (recording artist with Motown manager Harvey Fuqua) of The New Birth with their most recognizable song 'Wild Flower.' I went to work writing another regional hit titled, Just because of you, 1987. I was born in Kentucky, attended Boston's Berklee College of Music, hold sound engineering and marketing certificates from Berklee, a literature diploma from the Children’s Literature Institute, and a business administration degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. I wrote, produced and recorded music and lyrics for the Kentucky Arts Council, the Jefferson County Public Schools, the Peace Education theme song, “Stop the Violence,” and community love song, “This is The Way We Grow,” with La’Shay Porter, (Shaydee) www.myspace.com/lashaydee. I began my endeared endeavor of the compassion campaign launching “The Love Club,” non-profit 1997. T.L.C.’s camps, retreats, radio broadcasts, CD productions and live monthly stage performances captivated many regional followers. Currently, I am the host of the Tony Dollars International Satellite Radio Broadcast. My story is published in literary work, telling of my search for talent through the compassion movement and my web site www.recordsongs.us.
