I am having the same struggles as you state. I just posted on another discussion something that I am trying, that will help me with this. I read it in the "Power" book.
I read in the book the "Power" that we need to "write a new script" as if we are writing a movie or play script of what we want our life to be. Let go of the past, it's already happened, write a new script, and put yourself in the script, and act it!
Of course, I would like to hear anyone else's thoughts on this too!
