    Hi there!

    Thanks for writing in to me and inquiring. Yes, in fact I HAVE done some "work" on myself. It's plastic surgery without the plastic! ha ha!

    Affirmations are the way to go. Lots of them. Also visualizations. It's as simple as that. With the use of affirmations you are going to be sending messages into the cells of your nose area and reprogramming them to shift. You are acually going to be moving energy. You will just use the words to describe exacty how you want your nose to look and put in the order. Say these affirmations over and over. Also visualize the way you want it to look. Hold the vision as long as possible and do it every day. Soon you will see changes. Encourage these changes as you see them.

    As you go along in this process it is very important to try and stay currenlty happy with your nose, otherwise you will not get the results that you want. Just stay very positive.................expect the changes, and they will come.

    Hello. I hope you are well. I read somewhere on a discussion that affirmations can really
    change ones looks. I am really really interested by this. Do you have any personal experience from this? i really would like to change my nose.I would appreciate it so much if you could walk me through the steps i need to take if it is okay with you.
