I'm a 39y/o Professional Cook & Caterer with ambition. I'm also a husband & father of two wonderful children. I reside in Chicago, but I'm originally from the south (Alabama). While there are or free versions of "The Magic" as far as I could see, Ijustremembered that in that discussion, where you asked, somewhere there (quite near the beginning, I think, has put links to videos where she discusses a lot of the processes in it & explains what they involve. I THINK her name is Lina but if you scroll through the discussion (start at the beginning). I think you'll find it & it will give you a lot of the information.
