I have your book and was wondering if you can change your gums shape, overbite , under bite, jaw, nose, for head , ears, cheek bones, give yourself sharp hollow cheeks, forhesd, size of head, etc. as you don't talk about that in your book?
I've calculated it and it'd take 3+ hours to do all the prayers, meditations, affirmations and, visualizations in the book.
Can you give us a quick 20 - 30 minute routine to do everyday for the whole body?
You touched on it briefly but I'd like to know how to reverse my age and live forever?
Also can I lighten/change my skin color?
