About Me:
Simply put, I like helping people. Who doesn’t?
I am baby boomer, born in 1950 in a small town in the north of England in a family of five siblings. As you can imagine I have been through lots of ups and downs over the last 68 years. My teenage years coincided with the Hippy era so inevitably I found myself caught up in anti-war demonstrations and women's liberation.
I traveled to India in the 1960s so that I could ‘find myself’ and do what the Beatles had done! I wandered without a care for almost two years. During that time I lived on the Goan beaches and climbed the Himalayas blazing a trail for the young ones that would inevitably follow. Fortunately I eventually had enough of my hedonistic lifestyle, so I learned to chant and fast and meditate. That’s a whole book in itself.:)
Among my many and varied jobs I have been a baker, full-time mother, travel business owner, bodybuilding coach, Pilates and Gyrotonic studio owner and teacher. I have spent most of my professional life in the health and wellness industry. I absolutely loved helping people to feel better physically and spiritually. I can do hands on healing and I strive to live an organic lifestyle. I recycle and love to garden too.
A few years ago I discovered the joys of internet marketing. At that time I had only used the Internet for email and the occasional search. So creating a living online was all totally new to me. I knew next to nothing about social media, advertising or blogging. But I have learned over the years how to market successfully online and create an income by learning from the best. And this is what I teach my team.
The births of my three beautiful daughters are my biggest wins. They are all grown up now and living their own successful lives. I am also blessed with three of the cutest grand kids anyone could wish for. Family is very important to me and the source of much of my joy. I love nothing more than getting together, cooking great food and catching up on all our lives.
I was married to Mark, the love of my life, for 38 years. He died from cancer on 22 May 2013. Since then I have been finding out how to find the other side of death, how to find the blessings and the gifts that are inevitably there. A process that is not for the faint hearted but for those who want to buck the trend, find the truth in life. Those who want to discover that death is not the end or bad or tragic. I am getting there...
Having an Internet business is so important to me. I wanted nothing more than for Mark to relax, not be concerned about money and get well, so that we could live fantastically long and healthy lives and really make a difference. But that was not to be...
My ethos is simply to help others get to where they want to go.

Hello Josephine! Thank you for the warm welcome.
The positivity emanating from the members here has already had a strange effect on me. I've been down in the dumps a lot lately, but after spending just a couple of hours reading yesterday evening my mood lifted greatly.
I feel so much more positive and happy without even trying! It has already motivated me to do a few little things I've been putting off for ages.
I think I'm gonna love this place. :)
