Hi Lisa. I saw your comment about one or two word affirmations but can't answer in the group. Any affirmation you are using to create a change in belief automatically conflicts with the current belief until it has replaced the old belief. That's the purpose of doing it in the first place. There are ways to test the words your subconscious will respond best to though. Aloha :)
