Attracting things for others, when it comes to this topic, you would need to attract something for yourself and give it to them, that is if the item is material. if it is something else, like love or an emotion of some sort, then you would need to send them that energy. With said energy it would ( if they are open to it) they would absorb it, become it, and then attract it.
