About Me:
I’m happy, content and grounded. I’ve been married to my best friend for 20 years. We have a daughter in high school, 2 grown sons, and a wonderful daughter-in-law. We’re also parents to two male boxers, who make sure I walk several times a day.
I love to travel, and will pack my bags in a heartbeat. I’ve been fortunate to have traveled throughout the Caribbean and Canada, to most of the national parks in the US, and several trips to the UK and Italy.
I’m a Montessori guide and have the pleasure of working with 21 children ages 2 ½ - 5 years old. My work brings me so much joy; I truly love what I do.
Horses have always been a passion of mine. There’s nothing I love more than brushing out a horse. They always seem so appreciative. I also enjoy camping, hiking, and being out on the water (whether it be sailing or on the ski boat.)
I’m very drawn to Navajo silverwork; especially those made with petrified wood. My home is filled with hand thrown pottery, hand carved wooden bowls, plants and rocks.
I am a child of the earth.

"The Optimists Creed" by Christian D. Larson
Promise Yourself ...
To be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind.
To talk health, happiness and prosperity to every person you meet.
To make all your friends feel that there is something in them.
To look at the sunny side of everything and make your optimism come true.
To think only of the best, to work only for the best, and to expect only the best.
To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as you are about your own.
To forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future.
To wear a cheerful countenance at all times and give every living creature you meet a smile.
To give so much time to the improvement of yourself that you have no time to criticize others.
To be too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear, and too happy to permit the presence of trouble.
The above Optimists Creed is the core beliefs of the Optimists International Organization a service organization dedicated to "Bringing Out the Best in Kids."
Build your attitudes with beliefs and emotions that nurture and support you; color your world with optimism.
