The idea of the system slowing while going to deeper levels of mind, is expalined through Bill Harris' Holosych program through Centerpointe research.
I am really intreagued by the extra sensory growth that can be accomplished. I am loking forward to experiencing some of that.
My biggest problem with all matters of "spiritual exploration" is that I am very reult oriented. I am always looking for signs that I am debileratly manifesting the conditions of my intention. When I do not see results the hairy monstor of doubt creeps in and sabotages my progress.
I ahve studied Reiki, animal communication, energy work with dowsing rods & pendulums, looked into astral projection, and remote vieiwing, and have had tiny glimpses of what could be, but always fall short of realizing if it was my imagination, or genuine expereiences.
I firmly believe in the connectedness of all reality. There is only 1 true awarness manifestiong as a multitude of implied seperate states of being. I strive to feel that, and be able to observe my expeerience from the detached perspective. I struggle with "The Law Of Attraction" as I know my emeotions, not my superficial thoughts, attract like conditions, yet I allow outer conditions to dictate where my emotions go. I become a victim of circumstances instaed of a deliberste creator of them. This is frustrating, because "intellectually" I know better, but have trouble achieving it.
Going to level, over the past month and a half, has yielded me the best results I have had in my 25 years of awakend participation in this reality.

If " The Long relax" does take me to "level", after a while, will I actually be able to go there immediatley just by "3-2-1"?
Also, If nit truly @ level, will programming attempts still have any effect?
I have been following such authors as: Dyer, Walsch, Chopra, Hay, Tolle, Renard, Braden, "Abraham"-Hicks, A Course In Miracles, Proctor, etc for 25 years. I run little adult spiritual workshops @ my church, and write posititve articles for a local publication, but still stuggle with making significant changes in my life. I think Silva can change that. I have many questions though!
